On November 10, Klosterman Baking Company proudly joined bakers across the country to celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Partnering with Busken Bakery, the American Bakers Association (ABA), the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), and the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Klosterman helped to bring a meaningful (and delicious) touch to one of the events honoring this historic milestone.
As part of the festivities, Klosterman partnered with Busken to provide a special cake for Marine Corps veterans in Ohio — a sweet way to salute 250 years of honor, courage, and commitment. These local efforts were part of a broader national collaboration in which ABA and RBA member bakeries donated cakes for Marine Corps birthday events held across nearly every state.
The initiative reflects the dedication to service and support that is at the heart of both Klosterman and the broader baking industry. By coming together, our industry was able to showcase not only our craft and creativity, but also our gratitude for the men and women who serve our nation.
